Working with a number of national and local managing agents and housing associations, AllianceUK utilises its fleet of mobile cleaners in 8 fully equipped, liveried vans to maintain a reliable and quality service to communal areas in a broad range of private, sheltered and housing association flats throughout the local area.
Be it daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits - work is undertaken to a high standard with trained and uniformed cleaners. Vehicle tracking systems are used to ensure visits are made in accordance with the specifications and at the agreed time and our teams have detailed work schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned. On completion details are recorded on 'signing off' sheets held on-site for inspection by residents and managing agents.
Additional work can be arranged as required for clean-up operations after planned building/remedial works or utilising our 24/7 on call service; emergencies such as floods and other critical problems can be promptly tackled – keeping residents' environments clean and safe.
